CONDITIONS
Starship Cruises reserve the right to cancel or amend any charter
due to unruly guests.
The Master in charge of the vessel retains the sole right to make
such decisions as to whether any charter will be amended.
All charters that have been cancelled due to the behaviour of
patrons, will not be entitled to any refund.
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking and
charters are only confirmed at the time deposits & booking form are
received by the Starship Office.
All charters must be paid for in full at least 7 days prior to the
departure date.
All charters that require extended hours beyond the standard charter
will be subject to a final decision from the Master on the vessel.
