TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Starship Cruises reserve the right to cancel or amend any charter due to unruly guests.
  • The Master in charge of the vessel retains the sole right to make such decisions as to whether any charter will be amended.
  • All charters that have been cancelled due to the behaviour of patrons, will not be entitled to any refund.
  • A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking and charters are only confirmed at the time deposits & booking form are received by the Starship Office.
  • All charters must be paid for in full at least 7 days prior to the departure date.
  • All charters that require extended hours beyond the standard charter will be subject to a final decision from the Master on the vessel.
