Here is what our Starship Package includes:
Menu A: Fish pieces and veggie parcels or assorted mini quiches on arrival, followed by a buffet consisting of roasted chicken platters, ham platters, variety of cold meats and range of garden fresh salads, breadbaskets and variety of desserts, plus tea and coffee.
Menu B: Vegetables julienne served with dipping sauce or veggie parcels with spicy sauce, hot roast chicken and roast beef smothered in gravy, creamy potato bake, green salads, and fresh baked bread baskets, a selection of deserts, plus tea and coffee.
Menu C: Spring rolls served with spicy sauce and Indian samousas served on arrival, roast beef with horseradish pulp, leg of ham with mustard, baked potato with sour cream and chives, variety of salads plus green salads, assorted breadbaskets, a selection desserts, plus tea and coffee.
Please choose 3 salads from this list, add to your menu choice:
- Potato bacon and egg salad, or potato and sour cream
- Roasted eggplant with couscous or pumpkin with couscous
- Vegetable pasta or pesto pasta salad
